Please download the pdf file, it is all phases step by step you have to do, you have to respect the order and every time glue the units together using 6 mm threaded rods, wings nuts and washers : the best way is to buy long one and cut them before, i already calculated the quantity and length to win time : 42 of 80 mm, 27 of 60 mm, 2 of 120 mm, 74 of 40 mm …the glue is bi-component epoxy, usually the proportion to mix resin and hardener are one for one volume, or depending of the weight (100 g epoxy resin for 80 g hardener, but you have to check before the glue specifications, it can change regarding the brand, it is very important to respect the proportions), don’t hesitate to ask questions on this if needed…With threaded rods, you can press, clean and do the next step without waiting the glue to dry…Until step 17, please count in order on pdf building plan, you glue every time, but when you do step 18, you just fix all together without any more glue, you just press and progress…You will glue again for sections of the sides on step 22, you glue all plywoods and press in one time, you glue again for 25 and 26, and here you check the whole boat if all sections all together look great, if it is, you only glue all connections of all parts with epoxy resin and charge like micro ball, you will do filets every where… you wait until the days after for glue to be dried, and you can cut all the plywood crossing the hull you used to press, you don’t need more… At this point, work on outside stratification by fiberglass… i stop now, you have good work until here…Don’t hesitate to ask more questions on Forum if needed…
